- Gently hand wash or use a gentle machine wash on a short cycle
- Wash in cold water and use a laundry bag if possible to prevent pilling
- Extend wear by airing out the garment before washing when possible
- Avoid wringing or tumble drying
- Lay the garment flat to dry, avoiding hanging to prevent stretching
- High heat can damage fibers and cause shrinkage
- For heavier knits or crochet, store the garment folded to maintain its shape
