Absolutely stunning

This dress is so soft but keeps its structure so nicely, it’s so flowy and fits so well. The ruching detail at the waist is so flattering and overall is such high quality!

Disappointing product and return experience

The dress looked quite different in person from the impression created by the website photos, so I returned it. I had to pay for return shipping myself, and USPS confirmed that my return was delivered to Charcoal on July 23. However, my $170.38 refund for the returned order was not processed until September 8 — 47 days later — and only after I noticed the missing refund myself, contacted customer service, located my tracking number, and provided proof of delivery. The refund was processed promptly once I contacted them, but I should not have had to chase down a refund nearly seven weeks after my return was delivered.
